Tieng Viet Oi (TVO) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Class Scheduler (Vietnamese nationality) to join our team at our office located in No 19A, Lane 8, Vong Thi, Tay Ho. This position involves playing a key role in providing excellent service to students interested in learning Vietnamese and ensuring the smooth operation of office tasks.

Work location: No 19A, lane 8, Vong Thi st, Tay Ho, Hanoi

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: Flexible between

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift)

  • 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (Night Shift) – At least 2 night shifts per week are required

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday shifts are arranged on a hybrid basis, with the option to work from home when on-site presence is not required.)

Responsibilities:

(Including but not limited to the following responsibilities):

1. Sales & Student Management

• Consult and respond to inquiries from students (online and offline).
• Schedule private and group classes.
• Notify, monitor, and follow up on students’ tuition payments.
• Support student recruitment through enrollment communication and promotion.

2. Office Administration

• Be on duty at the office during assigned working hours.
• Oversee daily office operations to ensure a professional, organized, and efficient working environment.
• Manage and handle office-related matters as they arise.

3. System & Data Management

• Update information on TVO’s internal systems and databases.
• Prepare and submit monthly work reports.

4. Internal Coordination & Company Development

• Attend internal meetings and periodic review/reporting sessions as required.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to support the company’s growth and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management in accordance with the company’s operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Excellent English (especially written and spoken skills)
• Have a personal laptop
• Good customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Responsible, proactive, reliable, and good time management skill
• Having similar previous experiences is a plus
• Able to make long-term commitment
